Open Worklog Assistant preferences: Command-, on Mac, Application->Configuration on Windows and Linux.
Choose the "Licensing" tab.
Copy and paste the license in that screen to the box above.

If you still have issues, email the order processor and they will send you your license.

Licenses are perpetual, no renewal payment is required.
Licenses include free upgrades to any version for a full year from the expiry of your current license.
