For custom field support as well as access to additional fields related to time tracking, an additional RPC plugin needs to be installed. See instructions below for your JIRA® version.
If you have any issues installing, please do not hesitate to contact us. In your report, please include the version of JIRA® you are trying to use the plugin with.
Install using the Universal Plugin Manager
- Go to plugin manager
- Click "Install"
- Select "Upload Plugin"
- Copy plugin URL
- Paste into the "From this URL" text field in the "Upload
Plugin" dialog as shown below
- Click "Upload"
Installing for JIRA 3.13-4.3
- Download plugin
- Stop JIRA®
- Copy ssci-jira-rpc-plugin-3.13-*.jar into JIRA®'s WEB-INF/lib directory. For example, in a stand-alone installation, this is found under atlassian-jira-enterprise-<your-version>-standalone/atlassian-jira/WEB-INF/lib/ssci-jira-rpc-plugin-3.13-*.jar
- Restart JIRA®
- Verify that the plugin has been loaded by visiting the Administration->Plugins page. You should see an entry labeled: "JIRA Plugin for Worklog Assistant"
