Support Service Level Agreement

When you purchase a license or use the free trial, you also get a standard support contract for the duration of that license or trial. This support includes e-mail assistance, forum-based support and free upgrades, provided in English.

With e-mail assistance and forum-based support, we endeavour to respond within 1 business day but are usually able to respond much earlier.

Support hours

Customers can expect support during EST business hours, i.e., Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. The exceptions are Canadian holidays which can be found here
